Ongoing common-area cleaning and building maintenance for Calgary condominium corporations, strata boards, property managers and building owners. Our standard common-area scope covers lobbies and entrances, corridors and stairwells, elevators including tracks and interior panels, mail and parcel rooms, garbage and recycling rooms, amenity rooms, gyms and party rooms, underground parkade stairwells and entry points, and glass doors and interior windows. We work to a written schedule and a documented scope, so your board knows precisely what's included and how often. Seasonal add-ons are available including spring entry-mat and salt-residue cleaning, and we'll flag maintenance issues we spot on site - from burnt-out bulbs to leaks - before they become complaints. BUILT FOR LONG-TERM CONTRACTS. Common-area work is a relationship, not a job. We price annually with fixed monthly billing, hold consistent crews on your building, and are happy to be included in your competitive tender process. Fully insured and WCB covered.
