Final Cleans (Touch-Up Cleans)
The last pass before handover, showing or inspection
Service Description
A fast, focused touch-up clean for the day before it matters - a builder handover, a show home opening, an open house, a board inspection or a client walkthrough. We re-clean the surfaces that gather dust between the deep clean and the day itself: fingerprints off glass and stainless, floors re-cleaned, washrooms refreshed and restocked, entry areas and mats cleared, and a final detail pass on anything the trades or viewings have marked. BUILDERS AND REALTORS: pair this with a post-construction clean and we'll hold the touch-up slot for the morning of your handover or listing photos. Fully insured and WCB covered. From $150; quoted on size and scope. Short notice? Call 587-896-5499 - we keep touch-up capacity open for exactly this.
