Move-in and move-out cleaning for Calgary tenants, homeowners, landlords, property managers and realtors. An empty property gets the full treatment: kitchen cleaned throughout including inside cabinets, drawers, oven, fridge and dishwasher; bathrooms fully sanitised including tile, grout, tubs and fixtures; all floors vacuumed and washed; baseboards, doors, door frames, switch plates and light fixtures wiped; interior windows, sills and tracks cleaned; and closets and storage cleaned inside. We clean to a standard that stands up to a landlord's inspection, which is usually the difference between a tenant getting their deposit back and not. For listings, we clean to photograph well - the property shows brighter and shows faster. LANDLORDS, PROPERTY MANAGERS AND REALTORS: if you're turning over units regularly, ask about a standing turnover agreement with per-unit pricing, priority scheduling between tenancies, and monthly consolidated invoicing rather than paying job by job.
