Office / Commercial Cleaning

Service Description

Contract janitorial and office cleaning for Calgary businesses - professional offices, clinics, studios, showrooms, retail and small warehouse space. Every visit covers workstations and common areas dusted and sanitised, all floors vacuumed and hard floors washed, kitchens and break rooms cleaned including appliance exteriors and sinks, washrooms cleaned, sanitised and restocked, glass doors and interior partitions spot-cleaned, and all waste and recycling collected and taken out. We build the schedule around your business, not ours - nightly, three times a week, weekly or fortnightly, after hours or before open. Wherever possible we keep the same crew on your site, so your building, alarm codes and preferences are already known. We supply our own equipment and consumables unless you'd prefer we use yours. LONG-TERM CONTRACTS WELCOME. Twelve-month agreements with fixed monthly billing and a written scope of work keep your cleaning cost predictable and give you someone accountable when something's missed. Fully insured and WCB covered. Starting from $199 per visit; pricing depends on square footage, frequency and scope.
