Post-construction and post-renovation cleaning for Calgary builders, general contractors and renovation firms. We handle the full handover clean: construction dust removed from every surface including ledges, vents and light fixtures; paint, adhesive, grout haze and sticker residue removed from windows, floors and fixtures; cabinets and closets cleaned inside and out; appliances detailed inside and out; window tracks and sills cleared; and a final detail pass so the unit photographs well and shows without excuses. We work in rough-clean, final-clean and touch-up stages to suit your trades schedule, and we can return for a touch-up after the walkthrough punch list. BUILDERS AND CONTRACTORS: if you're completing more than a few units a year, ask about a standing rate agreement - fixed per-unit pricing, priority scheduling and a single invoice per project.
